What is one of the most rewarding aspects of your job?

Knowing that for 17 years, I have been able to service guests to the area and that what I do encourages them to come back to Myrtle Beach.

What is the best compliment you’ve ever been given by a customer at work and what did you do to deserve it?

That my smile starts their day off right!

Describe your favorite memory of your time working in the tourism/hospitality industry?

When families bring back their children and they remember me year after year.

What do you think makes someone’s visit to the Myrtle Beach area memorable?

The love and respect guests show to me makes me feel like I am one of their family members.

How do you think the tourism/hospitality industry benefits the community you live in?

Jobs, and boosting the economy.

I am able to stay in contact with guests all over the world and they can read about me on TripAdvisor.
